  • Jack Felicio CEO

    Jack Felicio, founder of JAT Software, has served as President since 1987 and is currently CEO.  He has more than 40 years experience in the consulting and software industries.  Jack is also the founder of JAT Computer Consulting, Inc., where he serves as President and CEO.  Prior to JAT, he was an account manager and senior consultant for a legacy ERP software company and a founding partner in a management consulting firm specializing in HR and Payroll implementations.

    Jack is an active Member of the Board for a startup ERP and Innovation Management company.  He graduated from Seton Hall University with a BSBA degree in Marketing and is a U.S. Army veteran.

  • Craig Garritano President

    Craig Garritano has over 25 years of year-end industry experience and currently serves as President.  Craig has served in various leadership roles, including Executive Vice President of Operations, Director of Software Operations and Product Development Manager.  For over two decades, he has worked in all areas of system development and has led JAT Software’s efforts in serving the Fortune 1000 sector with comprehensive year-end solutions.  He is responsible for leading all aspects of JAT Software and overseeing the strategic direction and goals of the organization.

    Craig holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

  • Scott Armstrong Vice President, Sales

    Scott Armstrong has over 20 years experience in the Payroll and Human Resources fields. Throughout his career, he has held positions as AVP of Payroll for a multi-national financial services organization, as an account manager for two major HRMS software companies and as a business development director for both software and services organizations.  At JAT, he is responsible for introducing innovative technologies and solutions to organizations looking for ways to improve current Payroll and HR processes.

    Scott graduated with a Bachelor of Economics degree from Muhlenberg College.

  • Mary Clontz Director, Marketing

    Mary Clontz has a diverse 20 year history with JAT beginning as Office Administrator and joining the Marketing group in 1999.  She is currently Director of Marketing and assists with JAT’s marketing and sales strategy to capitalize on opportunities for meeting future corporate goals. Mary is also actively involved in multiple areas including all facets of trade show coordination and exhibiting, the design and production of print and online ads, developing and managing email campaigns and organizing and editing marketing material and website content.  

    Mary has an Associate of Arts degree from Diablo Valley College.  She is on the Board of Directors and Secretary of the Alhambra Arts Foundation, a non-profit organization providing financial assistance for the promotion and enhancement of local high school art, drama and music curricula and promoting their events in the community.
